Managing the scope, schedule, and budget for the Instructional Systems Design/Development. Responsible for 23 Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) creating the overall training system. Leading an in-depth Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) incorporating Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) in accordance with strict SAT and adherence, identifying over courses. Leading the overall instructional strategy and courseware design/development, implementation process, and evaluation. TSRA process includes the optimal organizational structure, most appropriate media for learning, and the overall training system mapped to each AFSC and skill level.
