Presently I served as Corporate Counsel - Americas for DeepOcean U.S, LLC, which is owned by DeepOcean N.S, a premier worldwide provider of subsea services. From 20••••18, I served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel to Delta Subsea LLC. In 2018, DeltaSubsea was acquired by DeepOcean. In 2023, we formerly changed our name from Delta SubSea, LLC to DeepOcean U.S, LLC. Prior to 2015, from 2013 until mid 2015, I served as Outside General Counsel to Delta SubSea, LLC. Before Delta SubSea, LLC was founded in May 2013, I served as Outside General Counsel to the legacy company, Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. DMTI was formed in 2004 when founder Scott Dingman executed on his dream of forming a superior subsea services company dedicated to quality, service and solutions for the subsea sector, no matter how difficult or complex the issues. Mr. Dingman is an internationally recognized and respected diving, subsea construction and ROV expert. Moreover, Mr. Dingman is a prolific inventor, who has created an impressive IP portfolio. I have enjoyed a great relationship with the management team at DeepOcean and previously with the legacy entities, Delta Subsea, LLC and Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. Beginning with a talented entrepreneur\'s vision for and drive to create a “best in class” ROV fleet and staff of subject matter experts through its evolution to the Americas region for DeepOcean, our company remains a leading provider of subsea services, ranging from inspection, maintenance and repair to trenching, commissioning and decommissioning, along with engineering, procurement and tooling services.
