As the Director of Human Space and Electric Propulsion, I am responsible for the execution (profit and loss) of roughly 50% of business at Aerojet Rocketdyne\'s Redmond Washington Facility. Key components of my portfolio include in space propulsion products for NASA and Lockheed Martin\'s Orion spacecraft, technology development for solid rocket motors used for deep space missions for NASA. My Electric Propulsion portfolio includes production of XR-5 systems supporting several prime commercial and defense customers and multi-million dollar development efforts for next generation hall thruster systems. The projects in my portfolio are diverse and I am fortunate to have a wonderful team of 12 program managers with a diverse skill set to help me manage the business. We are all execution focused with goals of on-time delivery, execution to baseline budgets, and a speak up culture. We accomplish this cost and schedule execution through efficient yet rigorous change management, thoughtful risk management both identification and mitigation and relentless pursuit of opportunities to achieve our goals.
