   Don Lay is a Managing Partner and owner of Young Minds Inspired (YMI) an industry leader specializing in developing and implementing successful in-school marketing programs. Don brings more than 30 years of educational marketing experience and 40 years of advertising and marketing experience to his current responsibilities at YMI. He is responsible for strategic planning as well as overseeing the marketing execution for all outreach projects and offers a strong track record in using educational outreach to satisfy a variety of corporate objectives, including but not limited to new product introductions, sales promotional tie-ins and brand building. Over the years, the YMI team which is responsible for creating in-school marketing, has developed more than different school and adult targeted programs for a variety of corporations and associations. Some of YMI\'s clients include American Red Cross, Ford Motor Company, J&J, General Mills, Hasbro Toys, Lockheed Martin, Microsoft and Paramount Pictures.
