As a Business Development Manager, Donald has a thirty+ year history of successfully managing multiple and disparate organizations grow their business and expand their product offerings. He has practical experience in the financial, engineering, and design side of business; as well as experience in direct sales, sales management, and marketing. Empiric data shows that by-product of increased growth and product offerings is increased market awareness and deepened market penetration. Donald\'s experience has shown that, if you do all the basics properly, it can only help to grow the organization you work with or for. The RSLW team is laser focused on doing the basics right! Donald is a recognized public speaker and has authored more than 100 papers and articles on a variety of subjects; including stress management, corporate growth, partnering, and employee satisfaction. Stress Less Workshops, through their program \"Stress Intelligence™\", teaches individuals and organizations how to successfully manage their stress. The American Institute Of Stress tells us that stress costs American business about $300 billion dollars a year or, approximately $2,400.00 dollars per year per employee. Stress Intelligence™ training is available through multiple programs. App-based training is the most efficacious and cost effective of those programs. This unique program combines the essence of a variety of relevant disciplines including, but not limited to; mindfulness-informed, awareness practices, breathing techniques, and emotional intelligence. In 2018, to better support larger organizations, Stress Less Workshops began research on a \"Train The Trainer\" program app for Stress Intelligence™. It came on-line in early 2019. The app program is the most practical and cost-effective training method for large organizations. Put simply, Train The Trainer acts as a force multiplier.
