ABOUT DONALD GINSKI

I’m an IT Applications and Analytics professional with nearly 20 years of hands-on operational and systems experience, focused on SAP-driven enterprise environments.My core work centers on SAP ERP (ECC and S/4HANA) and enterprise applications, supporting business-critical processes across order management, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. I work closely with SAP modules including SD, MM, WM/EWM, LE, PP, and PM, and I’ve supported multiple SAP go-lives, along with a current enterprise carve-out initiative.On the analytics side, I focus on delivering high-quality, trustworthy data to the business. Using SQL and Power BI, I help operations, sales, and leadership teams make better day-to-day decisions by improving data clarity, consistency, and usability. The goal isn’t just reporting — it’s enabling confident decisions based on information people actually understand and trust.I also support system integrations and EDI flows as part of broader application ownership. While EDI isn’t my primary specialization, I work through partner integrations, document flows, and automation issues to ensure data moves reliably between systems and that business processes aren’t disrupted.What differentiates me is my ability to translate — between IT and operations, systems and users, and complex data and real-world decision-making. I place a strong emphasis on testing, data integrity, and user adoption, ensuring solutions hold up under real operational use.I’m motivated by solving complex, cross-functional problems, improving how enterprise systems actually operate, and helping organizations make confident decisions using data they can trust.
