I’m a dedicated technical professional with over 27 years of hands-on experience across some of India’s most respected engineering firms Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Schneider Electric.I started my career in 1996 as a machine operator and worked my way up to leading teams on the shop floor. Over the years, I’ve worked in areas like- Assembling electrical parts for large breakers- Operating advanced machines (CNC & VMC)- Handling tool rooms and precision machining- Using systems like SAP to track and manage work- Making parts for space projects (like PSLV boosters)- Managing teams, ensuring safety, and improving efficiencyI strongly believe that good leadership means knowing the work, respecting your team, and always putting safety first.
