Manage and lead parts crib and grounds keeping team members.Maintain compliance with KPI\'s; cycle count accuracy, returns, stock-outs, etc.Ensure reorder occurs and received parts are put in inventory on a timely basis.Ensure timely resolution of warranty issues.File parts costs to departments and contractors and ensure proper allocation.Ensure in-house rebuild items are tagged and put in the proper location for repair.Maintain parts inventory of on-site areas and off-site locations.Coordinate the loading and unloading of freight carriers for Maintenance and Engineering departments.Ensure proper kitting of work orders is being completed in a timely manner.Assist maintenance at a break down to source parts.Perform weekly ground keeping inspections.Collaborate with Reliability Analyst to reduce parts usage from repeat failure.Send out and retain copies of various oil samples throughout the plant.Work with the Frankfort and Peru facilities with receiving, issues, and their re-orders.Ensure protocol for obsolete parts are followed for any obsolete inventory.Source most cost-effective vendors for new or repair parts based on situation need.Coordinate with Accounting department in yearly inventoryPerform other duties as needed or required.
