As a seasoned leader in the finance industry, Don Bader’s mission has been to catalyze growth and optimize strategic operations within highly competitive markets. Don is a firm believer in the Japanese philosophy Kaizen and has attained multiple licenses in insurance, real estate and mortgage lending. He also holds a master’s degree in leadership and wrote his thesis on influencing change and developing legacy pattern disruption through corporate strategic initiatives while focusing on the tacticians that perform the work supporting such initiatives.
