Coordinate engineering design changes for current models and forward model planning of trials for new model launches. Participates in all BOM related support for Design and Engineering and construct BOM information from cross functional areas. Host meetings, review and analyze project planning and project consultations with the planning team so that the team is meeting the proper deadlines. Stay within the IWP and AWP timeline so that projects are completed within a timely manner, presented and reviewed with updates to the team. Construction liaison and construction coordinator that communicates with clients and employees on status of projects and inform them on needed materials. Create and modify workspace tools for LyondellBasell. Provide history and research findings of field work and reporting. Train new hires on different systems along with process and procedure training documents that have been created to make sure the team is within the SOX controls.
