   Since July 2005, Donal has been responsible for leading Tl-S work in the water and other infrastructure sectors. This included analyzing governance issues in large water supply and hydropower infrastructure in Africa and addressing corruption in municipal water systems in Central America. He was involved in setting up the Water Integrity Network (WIN), which was hosted by TI-S (Berlin) and on whose International Steering Committee he represented Tl, until its establishment as an independent NGO in 2013, when he was acknowledged as a founding Member. Donal also represented TI on the Governance Council that oversaw the implementation of the Hydropower Sustainability Assessment Protocol, a multi­ stakeholder initiative for assessing the sustainability of hydroelectric projects. In addition, Donal currently represents TI on the Steering Committee (SC) of OECD\'s Water Governance Initiative (WGI), which guided the development of \'The Twelve Water Governance Principles\', which were endorsed by OECD\'s member governments and promulgated in June 2015. The WGI SC now focuses on identifying (a) best practices; and (b) indicators to measure progress in achiieving the \'Principles\'.Donal has integrated Tl\'s experience in Business Integrity into his work e.g.he designed and delivered a Session on \'Good Corporate Governance\' at the World Hydropower Congress (Beijing; May 19-21, 2015). He has strong experience in procurement, including in Integrity Pacts. At the invitation of TI Rwanda, organized and delivered a training course on \'Integrity Pacts\', during June 11-15, 2012. He is currently collaborating with the TI Secretariat and six TI African Chapters and Chapters in Formation in developing an initiative focused on promoting integrity in procurement systems in Africa. Member of the Advisory Group - TI Guidelines on Curbing Corruption in Public Procurement.
