Oversee the activities related to Result Area-03 for World Bank-SALT Project for Strengthened Institutional Capacity and Community Engagement for Service Delivery.2. Working on institutional building programs like SEIMAT Capacity Building Programs, SchoolLeadership development programs, School Performance Evaluation activities, etc.3. Working on supporting and facilitating the department for Annual work plan and budgets activities.4. Working on tracking of Disbursement linked Indications, intermediate indicators and supporting in Environment Safety and Social Safety parameters for WB-SALT program.5. Management of Technical Support Agencies associated with all verticals of WB-SALT program.6. Support in strategy formulation, planning, program management and monitoring of the entire WB-SALT project using various project monitoring tools.
