ABOUT DONA JOSEPH
I am a Master of Project Management graduate from RMIT University with a professional background in architecture and project coordination. Over the past few years, I have worked on diverse projects, from large-scale design consultancy assignments in Qatar to volunteering and event operations in Australia, building a strong foundation in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.My career journey began as an Architect, where I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams (Design, Structural, MEP, and Proposals) to deliver projects, manage client requirements, and align designs with technical and regulatory standards. This experience sparked my interest in project management, motivating me to pursue advanced studies to strengthen my leadership, planning, and strategic decision-making skills.In Australia, I have expanded my skillset through hands-on roles in events, hospitality, and volunteering, developing excellent organisational and client-facing skills.
