Leading the services team of an innovative biotechnology company with novel high fidelity technologies and techniques for investigating DNA and RNA from single cells. Our work focuses on uncovering mechanisms underlying existing bulk and single cell transcriptomic results by using Primary Template Amplification to provide extraordinarily clean data to confidently call translocations, SNVs, CNVs, inversions, indels, polyploidy, etc. Whether you\'re looking at CTCs or FNA biopsies to try to understand heterogeneous tumor tissue, looking at single cells for preimplantation screening, investigating insert placement for cell lines or AAV, or looking at neuronal genetic heterogeneity, we\'ve got a tool to provide the resolution you need to learn the \"why\" of the results you\'re seeing now. I\'m lucky enough to represent our service operation for both proof of concept pilot studies as well as those projects where accuracy and urgency favor outsourcing.
