   Teaching multiple courses in the last decade, specializing in:Advanced Placement United States Government & Politics - 15 years - Students passing AP Exam receive credit for entry level political science course at the university level. Student passage rate is approximately 55% during this time span. The program expanded from an annual enrollment of 50 students to more than 140.History 103 - The World from 1850 to Present - 10 years - College level course made available through a dual enrollment program via Marshall University. The program expanded from enrollment of 28 to 80. These courses have been developed thoroughly and had not previously existed at Cabell Midland High School.Served on the school\'s leadership team from 20••••19, and 2020 to present, advising and coordinating with administration to create and implement policy changes.From 2013 to 2017, served as the faculty\'s representative on the school\'s hiring committee. My role was to select other teachers from the building, assist in conducting interviews, and work with administration in hiring new teachers.Served as the school\'s Faculty Senate President from 2021 to present.
