About Don Reder

I have been a full-time mediator/arbitrator for over 30 years and maintain a settlement rate well in excess of 90%. 2012 was a particularly good year in which my clients had a 100% settlement rate on the cases I mediated. Cases range from simple two party personal injury matters to emotionally and factually complex cases with twenty parties. I have assisted clients in resolving cases nationwide although my primary work area includes New England, New York and New Jersey. My caseload typically includes personal injury and death cases, construction, subrogation, employment, malpractice (legal, medical and architect/engineer), family and commercial disputes. My job as a mediator is to help my clients achieve rational principled compromises which appropriately reflect the relative strengths and weaknesses of each case as well as what each party risks in litigation.
