I\'m an operating executive with 25+ years of experience helping SaaS, cybersecurity, and tech-enabled businesses scale through growth, transformation, and exit. My background spans CFO and COO roles — and I\'ve been fortunate to be part of some significant outcomes, including the sale of Datto to Vista Equity Partners (~$1B, 2017) and the sale of Skout Cybersecurity to Barracuda Networks (2021), a transaction I helped engineer as Skout\'s CFO.Across those experiences — and through leadership roles at Barracuda Networks, Datto, Skout Cybersecurity, and now Nadia Partners — I\'ve focused on the same core challenge: helping companies move from growth to scalable, efficient growth. That means bringing structure to financial and operational processes, aligning go-to-market functions, and enabling better decision-making across the organization. Over the past several months, I\'ve made a deliberate effort to integrate AI tools into how I work — not as a technologist, but as an operator. I don\'t write code. What I do is treat AI the way I\'d treat any other tool that makes the business run better: I\'ve utilized workflow automations using prompt-driven platforms, experimented with AI assistants for email and reporting, and gotten a real sense — through daily use — of where these tools create genuine leverage and where they\'re still more noise than signal. I work best alongside an AI Operations Engineer who can help translate business process problems into agentic workflows; I bring the operator\'s eye for what\'s worth building. I\'m particularly drawn to opportunities where I can serve as a strategic partner to the CEO — helping align finance, operations, and go-to-market while building the systems and tools that enable the next phase of growth.
