   Responsible for the direction of 250+ associates in the Machining, Finishing and Packaging operations of the Rogers facility. Implemented and directed continious improvement project teams to achieve departmental and plant matrix objectives. Resulting from these crossfunctional teams efforts the following improvements were obtained-Increased machining throughput over 27% through Kaizen activities and standard work-Reduction in WIP by 45% through improved schedule techniques and implementation of JIT principles-Incorporated operational cross training within all finishing departments resulting in an overall increase of 22% labor productivity-Best in corporation in set up reduction in the Machining Department YOY, a 37% reduction in LGTFG times were achieved through implementation of SMED team activities.
