   Oversee and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) for a multisite certificate of 5 sites and 300 personnel. Ensure compliance and continued certification to Aerospace Standard 9100 (AS9100) through internal and external audits. Certificate covers ~75 distinct programs of varying size and complexity. Establish cooperative relationships with regulators and oversight organizations (e.g, National Quality Assurance (NQA) Certification Body, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Lockheed Martin, Raytheon). Sustained zero percent customer found Foreign Object Debris (FOD) over all sites. •Executive champion for several lean projects resulting in man hours of saved time allowing for increased throughput on the factory floor.•Reduced backlog of Government issued Corrective Action Requests (CAR) across all sites by 75% and subcontractor CARs by 50%.•Reduced DCMA CAR initiation to closure cycle time by 33%, mitigating risk increasing trust by the customer and mitigating risk to process.•Rework on a significant DoD program reduced by 25%.
