Also, I am an ACI Fellow and serve on several ACI technical committees including ACI 318 Sub G –Prestressed Concrete, ACI 423 –Prestressed Concrete, and ACI 301 Sub I –Post-tensioned Concrete Specifications.Past President of the ACI National Capital Chapter, and member of SEA-Metropolitan Washington Chapter. & , specializes in the design of new post-tensioned concrete buildings and provides consulting services related to the evaluation, repair, and strengthening of existing concrete structures, including failure investigations.
