I have served the Southern NM and West Texas areas in mechanic/technician, supervisory, sales, and account management roles with El Paso Electric, Carrier Corporation, York International, Johnson Controls, and ABM franchised PC Automated Controls. and now with Trane! I am a Certified Energy Manager (AEE), have a graduate certificate in Public Utility Regulatory Economics (NMSU), a bachelor’s degree in business management (UOP), and an associate\'s degree in HVACR Technologies (EPCC). I am currently a member of TEMA, AEE, and ASHRAE. I know how utility incentive programs work, I know how to cost justify maintenance service agreements, and I know how to quantify project savings and benefits.
