Supporting the Software & Services organization along with Global IT.• Responsible for managing the recruitment process in its entirety including managing the recruitment life cycle of candidates: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruiting, and influencing qualified candidates.• Manage the workflow and hiring process from requirement intake through first day start.• Deliver accurate, data-based, and timely recruitment strategies.• Collaborate with the hiring managers, Human Resources, and/or other staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.• Own job posting and advertising processes.• Responsible for compliance with workflow, standardized processes, and documentation within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
