ABOUT DON HORN
I was born on December 29, 1954 - the same year McDonald\'s, Disneyland, Oprah and Tom Hanks. I feel like I\'m in pretty good company. That said, looking at 60 isn\'t what I thought I\'d be doing in 2014. I have 5 children, step and \"real\". I am also a proud grandfather of 10. They are my joy and crowning achievements. I have a BS and a MBA which I didn\'t think would happen especially raising the 5 kids, but things do get accomplished when you set your mind to it. In 1989 I started a theater company triangle productions! in Portland Oregon. It has continued under my leadership ever since. In the past 25 years I have been the sole producer of over 178 plays, musicals and new works and have been recognized in major newspapers, television as well as word of mouth. I have had the joy to meet Heather Locklear and work with Dan Reed, Danny Pintauro, Kenneth Mars (and his daughter Susannah), Tonya Harding, Peter Paige, Daria, Margie Boule\' and a field of others. I have been responsible for establishing three theater/production spaces in Portland a)Theater! Theatre! 2) Theater Rhino 3) The Sanctuary @ Sandy Plaza. I own four homes throughout the world and enjoy the sun. A lot. Oh, and the simple pleasure of not wearing shoes is major in my life.
