Prepare monthly, quarterly and 5-year financial planning and analysis for development and production cash.* Review and oversee all live-action 3rd party cost reports (EFC\'s and Trial Balances).* Ensure all development payments are timely and accurate.* Hire and manage day-to-day operations of Production Finance team (4 people) to promote a culture of high performance.* Promote a positive work environment demonstrating respect for colleagues at all levels by encouraging innovation, openness and creativity resulting in stronger efficiencies and outcomes.* Key member of the Paramount Financial Operations Leadership team that advises on operating best practices across all financial functions.* Work closely with studio and show level production management teams as well as Business & Legal Affairs, Labor Relations, Corporate Accounting, Programming, Treasury and Tax departments to problem solve as challenges and concern arise in regards to union, company policy and/or contractual issues for 1-hour and 1/2-hour series for union scripted, reality, pilots, award shows, promos and special event projects.* Manage corporate OEFC updates as well as review/track quarterly show level cash forecasts and respond to quarterly SOX audit requests.
