ABOUT DON HAMILL

Don Hamill is an independent HR consultant specializing in alignment, engagement and performance improvement of companies, teams and individuals. He is an expert in restructuring, merger integration, and global HR services delivery strategies and models - logging over 20 years in private industry and 10 years in consulting. His most recent leadership roles were as EVP/CHRO for Siemens Enterprise Communications (now Unify), a joint venture between the Gores Group and Siemens AG, and Lead HR executive at Cerberus. In 1998 he founded his own HR consulting firm which focused on acquisition integration and other major transformational initiatives with well-known companies including PepsiCo, Nike, Fujitsu, Disney, and others. From 20••••07 he led the HR consulting practice as a Partner at TPI, Inc, a leading global sourcing advisory services firm. While there he provided HR strategic and transactional consulting to major companies including PepsiCo, Celestica, Honeywell, Lenovo, The Hartford, PNC Financial Services Group and others. Prior to consulting, Don was VP HR (Europe, Mid East, Africa) and VP Corporate HR for Gateway Computer and VP HR for the Cole – Haan footwear unit of NIKE. He also was an HR executive at PepsiCo where key roles included Director HR for PepsiCo Foods and Beverages International and Director HR – National Business Unit for Pepsi-Cola North America.
