Follows an established instructional design model to ensure quality of training and process (e.g, ADDIE) to include analyzing/creating learning objectives thru measurement/KPI metrics and reporting plan (end-to-end).• Responsible for reviewing and approving all technical training material.• Work with subject matter experts to ensure material achieves desired outcomes.• Subject Matter Expert when determining, designing and developing curriculum through research, team member input, and advanced functional/technical knowledge.• Work with technical SMEs and attends pilot training and recommend adjustments to training materials to achieve desired learning outcomes.• Ensure train-the-trainer sessions are conducted in a standardized, accurate, and level appropriate manner to ensure maximum learning and knowledge transfer and test trainer delivery capability within sessions. Work closely with Al Hosn Gas management to continuously improve the effectiveness of the content.• Apply strong program and project management processes to ensure quality and timely completion of program and project. Plan implementation of major change efforts.• While designing for global learning objectives, ensure regional and cultural challenges are considered and incorporated into the training design.• Organizational expert within instructional design and development systems.• Ensure regional and cultural challenges and changes are considered and incorporated into the training design.• Stay current in best practices, tools, and applications across learning and training industry.
