ABOUT DON FIESELMAN
The Black Swan Group is without equal in negotiation and communication techniques. I find immense satisfaction in helping others develop skills to improve their careers and lives. In 2024, I was honored to be asked to join the Las Vegas Police Department as a part-time investigator with the Cold Case Homicide Squad. Using the Black Swan method of communication has made me more effective in this role.I retired as a Detective Sergeant from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department\'s Sex Crimes Section in December 2021. I was an Assistant Team Leader of the Crisis Negotiation Team and a member of the Search and Seizure Committee.
