The lead for capital project management assignments across North Florida working with the local property management teams and clients in each market. Provides senior technical and operational oversight for the engineering teams. Assisting in developing and implementing engineering protocols, leading new assignment transitions, engineer training and advising on highly technical, site specific engineering projects across North Florida. Serves as a key member of the CBRE Florida Hurricane Response and Recovery Team.Work with multiple property managers and engineers on a daily basis to insure a safe work environment for employees and tenants. Work closely with management pertaining to operating expenses, budgets, and cost saving measures with ownership best interest in mind. Establish strong working relationships with outside vendors and contractors.
