About Don Elario

Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate to have multiple opportunities to participate in developing the latest methods and process technology in the electronics industry. Having a unique passion and drive for customer service and operational excellence, I’ve achieved many successful programs and look forward to the next one, like it was my first. Some of my key accomplishments have been:(1) pioneering warehouse consolidations and the development of large distribution centers (2) designing, building and implementing automated warehousing (3) developing an industry leading order quality management process using the “Perfect Order” model (4) currently working on the development of an industry leading global enterprise quality management system. Proud of my accomplishments in business thus far, but truly excited about the new opportunities that lie ahead.
