   Mr. Donald is a member of the Modernized e-File (MeF) Program Office (MPO) within Enterprise IT PMO were he serves as the MeF KISAM Ticket Database, MPO Build Window, MEF Telephone Roaster Coordinator and Backup KISAM Template and Tracking Coordinator. He tracked and managed the MeF Knowledge, Incident/Problem, Service Asset Management (KISAM) trouble ticket incident database of over 1,300 Production trouble tickets. In this role, He also provides routine back up duties as the KISAM Template and Tracking Coordinator, coordinating responses, updates, and closing more hundreds of Production and SAT trouble tickets during this period. As the MeF Telephone Roaster Coordinator, He managed the monthly telephone roster for nearly 100 personnel. This work involved verifying desk and cellphone numbers, cubicle locations, and team assignments all three branches of the MeF program office.He is a matrixed to EFPPS. He takes over EFPPS Project Management duties. He managed the Health Assessment (HA) for EFPPS and Remittance Processing System (RPS). He tracked and managed the Weekly SharePoint and updated the spreadsheet. I sent our EFPPS leads out. He tracked and updated the locations of the files in DOCIT. He created and modified the Knowledge, Incident/Problem, Service Asset Management (KISAM) groups for EFPPS, RPS, ACTRFR, RTR, and PS-PCC.
