I am a strategic leader who is curious, challenges the status quo, and drives innovative change in efforts to help drive a differentiated, valued, personal and meaningful customer experience through disciplined and effective data & analytics, governance and information management.I am currently Vice President within RBC\'s Chief Data Office leading a Centre of Governance for Information Management. My mission is to ensure effective oversight and management of data risk driving continuous improvement across all of RBC.As a data professional, I\'ve held progressive positions including leading Data Governance Initiatives and Strategy for the CDO, EIM\'s Data Strategy & Business Enablement practice helping our lines of business drive and accelerate the value of data, created and established a successful data & analytics and data governance practice for RBC\'s Insurance division while being the Chief Data Steward, and extended data services support for Global Wealth Services within RBC Wealth Management.I hold a Specialist Statistics degree from the University of Toronto and actively participate in the UofT Statistical Sciences Backpack to Briefcase program mentoring and assisting students in transitioning to their desired professional careers.
