I help organisations design, build, scale and future-proof high-performance Learning Management Systems (LMS).With 15+ years of hands-on LMS engineering, consulting and platform architecture, I specialise in Moodle, Moodle Workplace and Totara, delivering full life-cycle solutions from strategy and implementation through to advanced automation, analytics and long-term platform support.I’ve led and delivered enterprise-scale LMS platforms for government, health, education and corporate clients, including systems serving users. By developing AWS-integrated plugins and a Laravel dashboard for big data compliance analytics, our team enabled organisations to transform their eLearning compliance management processes. This experience solidified my expertise in technical team leadership, consulting, platform customisation, AWS integration, and advanced LMS analytics.
