   As a contractor on the Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract, I support CISA’s Cybersecurity Division (CSD) within the Capacity Building Branch, specifically the Capability Implementation Office’s Acquisition and Budget (AB) Section. AB manages a $554M annual budget,$412M in cybersecurity products, and more than 40 complex contracts supporting over 1,700 contract FTEs across CISA and the Federal Civilian Executive Branch (FCEB).I serve on the Strategic Initiatives Team, where I provide targeted consulting to the Acquisition Center of Excellence—a mission-driven effort to improve acquisition consistency, transparency, and strategic performance across CISA.Key Functions:Efficiency & Maturity Assessments: Conduct efficiency and organizational capability analyses using the Gartner Maturity Model, delivering actionable insights to help AB evolve into a more streamlined, high-performing organization.Project Management: Lead strategic initiatives using Gantt charts, milestone planning, and Excel-based tools to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with mission priorities.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze acquisition, budget, and performance data to support leadership decisions; create dynamic Excel trackers and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for clear communication.Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate coordination between government staff and contractors to implement initiatives that enhance acquisition lifecycle management and operational consistency.Strategic Planning: Support long-term planning by identifying capability gaps, aligning initiatives with CISA’s enterprise goals, and embedding performance metrics for measurable impact.Through a combination of structured analysis and collaborative execution, I contribute to CISA’s mission of protecting the nation’s cybersecurity infrastructure by enabling smarter, more resilient acquisition and budget practices.
