Project responsibilities will find me reviewing design development drawings for conformance during Pre-Construction, offering input to Mechanical Estimators for Specific Instructions to Bidders, review of Bid Spread Sheets and making recommendation for award, participating in interview process of prospective Process Controls / Systems Integrator, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Piping and Fire Protection Sub-Contractors. Performing weekly inspections of MEP Systems including witnessing HVAC and Piping Pressure Tests, orchestrating Quality Tours with Architects, Design Engineers and Facilities Management to ensure equipment and systems are installed in accordance with the BOD, OPR, Plans, Specifications and owner satisfaction. Developing the MEP Start Up and Commissioning schedule, Reviewing Submittals, RFIs and negotiating potential Change Orders, Walking down MEP, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Systems to prepare them for pre-functional testing with BMS Controls and Air Balance Contractor, 3rd Party Cx team, Engineer of Record as well as Final Fire Alarm testing with the Fire Marshal in pursuit of the Certificate of Occupancy.
