   This is a transition into the CNH organization after the purchase of Raven Industries. My team was still responsible for aftermarket and OEM support through out the transition to CNH. I lead a team of content developers focused on creating high-quality training materials for CNH precision agriculture product lines. My role ensures that all content is accurate, customer-focused, and aligned with corporate standards. I collaborate with product experts, engineers, and training specialists to deliver clear, engaging learning experiences for dealers, technicians, and end-users.Manage and mentor a team of content developers to produce training materials for precision farming technologies.Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance for all deliverables.Apply instructional design principles to create effective, easy-to-understand content.Drive process improvements and implement best practices for content development workflows.Ensure compliance with CNH branding and customer-first standards.
