I’m passionate about the transformation that technology can bring to customers – public & pre-IPO companies, law firms, and other capital markets professionals – helping them work smarter, not harder. The Workiva Capital Markets solution streamlines the drafting & filing process for SEC Registration Statements / Capital Markets transactions - eliminating the manual intensive process of working with a 3rd party EDGAR service provider - leading to saved time, reduced risk, and controlled costs. I\'ve been working in the Capital Markets industry for over 20 years - wearing many different hats along the way. These include Business Development, Customer Service, Account Management, SaaS Sales, Relationship Management, and more. Outside of work, I\'m the proud father to a son who keeps my wife and I busy.
