Driven major wins from building out 2 new office spaces and centralizing domain and MDM solutions, to automating onboarding/offboarding through SSO integrations. I saved thousands annually by streamlining SaaS expenses, enhancing security compliance (macOS/Windows updates), and reducing reliance on expensive IT services. I brought IT fully in-house, ended the MSP contract, decommissioned their system, and built internal processes, tools, and metrics from scratch.
