ABOUT DOM MCGRAW
I work at the intersection of energy, buildings, and public-sector leadership to drive Philadelphia’s transition to cleaner, more affordable, and more resilient energy systems. My work focuses on reducing carbon emissions across municipal and citywide buildings, expanding clean energy, and supporting departments with the tools and expertise needed to meet Philadelphia’s long-term climate and energy commitments. I am a Certified Energy Manager with graduate degrees in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University.
