I work with aviation organisations that need experienced capability across Safety, Compliance and Management Systems. I’ve held Nominated Person responsibilities for SMS and Compliance Monitoring within a complex aviation operator under UK CAA, EASA and Guernsey oversight. I step into organisations where there is a requirement for experienced, hands-on support. Typically this includes: • internal audit delivery and audit programme execution• SMS and Compliance Monitoring within AOC / ATO environments• preparation for regulatory and certification audits• addressing findings and ensuring effective close-out• strengthening oversight where systems are not functioning as intended I am also an AS9100 (including ISO 9001) Lead Auditor. My experience is practical and operational. I’ve worked within regulated environments, dealt directly with regulators, and understand what is expected in practice.
