Tree Package PM for Chevron Anchor 20k Project. Chevron Anchor is in the project execution phase requiring to deliver industry\'s first 20ksi XT system for subsea production. Tree package comprises the development, manufacturing and testing of eight (8) 20ksi Vertical Tree systems. This role requires strong management of engineering activities, as the development of this new technology (20k XT system) is performed in parallel with the project execution. One of the key aspects to the success of this project is to proper set and control the engineering priorities, based on the manufacturing plant’s requirements, to keep schedule on track. Strong stakeholder management is also necessary to avoid scope creep and make sure the project team objectives are aligned with the client’s needs.
