I love to cook, and one thing it has taught me is that the best meals usually come from unexpected combinations (think sweet and sour meatballs). I was born in Buenos Aires, raised in Miami, and I’ve spent my whole life standing between those two worlds constantly mixing ingredients, cultures, perspectives, and ideas, that don’t always look like they belong together. That blending has shaped how I see the world and how I solve problems.Being an immigrant and a daughter of immigrants taught me two things early on: that hard work is non-negotiable, and that relationships are everything. It’s why I lead with warmth but hold myself to high standards. My dad always says, “Don’t change the goal, just change the path,” and that’s become my philosophy. Optimism isn’t just how I see the world, it’s how I find ways forward when the first path doesn’t work out.At the core, I want to be known for leading with head, heart, and hustle. A relentless executor who’s unapologetically generous. And someone who believes the most interesting ideas come from experimenting and layering different elements.
