Applied evidence-based practices to plan, develop, and implement active and passive programming based on the ten dimensions of wellbeing for students, staff, and faculty. Program formats included tabling events, workshops, presentations, trainings, residence hall events, informational handouts, electronic communication, and more- Provided individual and group guidance to students on wellbeing-related topics, including emotional health, family expectations, mental health care, academic pressures, and physical health- Instructed and trained community members in Mental Health First Aid- Conducted BASICS (Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students) and CASICS (Cannabis Screening and Intervention for College Students) programs for students who were sanctioned, self-reported, or had concerns about their alcohol and/or cannabis consumption- Supervised two student-led programs, Peer Health Educators and Project Connect Facilitators, to increase peer-to-peer support on campus- Served on the Harvey Mudd College Care Team, The Claremont Colleges Services Eating Disorder Task Force, and the 7C Wellbeing Committee- Collaborated with Division of Student Affairs staff, campus departments, consortium partners, and off-campus resources to enhance student services and support.
