Our work enables millions of merchants to expand internationally while helping Shopify support new markets around the world.Over 5+ years at Shopify, I\'ve evolved from Infrastructure Engineer to Senior Engineer to Team Lead, working on everything from core database systems to high-performance address data services processing over 200k requests per minute. I\'m passionate about building reliable, scalable systems and developing engineers who can solve complex technical challenges.Currently focused on international checkout experiences—from tax ID collection for cross-border compliance to address validation that saves millions in shipping costs.
