Efficiency of the companies goes through the digitalization of their processes. The system engineering groups a large part of the Airbus activities whatever the designed products (aircraft, satellites, helicopters, defense systems.). In this context, the Model-Based System Engineering is key to support the digitalization of the engineering scope. MBSE intent is to invert the process nature from a document centric approach to a model-based approach source of consistent generated documents. My role of as an MBSE expert is to develop effective implementations of the MBSE approach in the domains addressed by the company while fostering innovative applications. The Senior position adds specific duties such as a broader application perimeter (all Airbus divisions), publications in international recognized conferences (e.g a deeper involvement in research domains, and a contribution to the vision of the beneficial changes of the company.
