Internal and external communications lead for enterprise technology changes. As part of this role, I lead communications development for a sales workforce of 800+, ensuring they are equipped with the right level of information to support and guide their clients in these technology changes. Additionally, I develop client facing email templates, presentation materials, and talking points in support of these technology changes, which are often received and seen by upwards of external recipients.I am also responsible for executing the sales and customer communications plan for TransUnion\'s multi-year cloud migration initiative. This includes developing external facing materials through internal stakeholder collaboration, tracking and reporting client touchpoints, and serving as a single point of contact leading up to and after migrations take place.Lastly, I manage TransUnion’s Technology Advisory Boards, which bring tech leaders and TransUnion executives together in a thought leadership forum. Duties include end-to-end event planning, developing meeting agendas, managing presentation materials, pre and post meeting communications and facilitating reviews/approvals across multiple levels of leadership. Boards meet several times throughout the year to discuss and share their perspectives on trends, emerging issues and disruptors.
