As a Project Engineer on the Eli Lilly Peptide Headblock and Small Molecule Headblock project, I support the Clayco/TW Constructors Joint Venture on an $18 billion pharmaceutical facility. I manage my assigned Construction Work Packages, coordinate subcontractor submittals, RFIs, and installation schedules through ACC. My responsibilities include reviewing specifications and drawings, verifying scopes, hosting subcontractor coordination meetings, and assisting with scope of work contract development alongside project managers and other engineers. I also lead the development of core meeting agendas for the weekly project management meetings and document meeting minutes in ACC, ensuring clear communication and actionable follow ups. Additionally, I participate in weekly site walks and conduct Track3D and drone deploy captures with the 360 camera to monitor site progress of the trades, log safety observations, and enforce compliance with the Site-Specific Safety Plan. I support QA/QC efforts, and collaborate with trade partners and consultants to help ensure timely, high quality project delivery.
