ABOUT DOMINIQUE VYBORNA

I\'m passionate about innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Specifically to be used to empower people who have historically been disempowered. DEI isn\'t an afterthought for me -> We are ALL stronger when we encourage diversity of culture and thought, we are ONLY as inclusive as our most subconscious bias, and our equality is determined by removing arbitrary barriers that prevent many of us from thriving. No matter what work I do, I\'m committed to creating trauma informed management models, bringing respect and care into all of my interactions, and empowering those around me to cultivate a growth mindset and create thriving lives. I\'m currently a virtual reality developer specializing in immersive storytelling, art installations, immersive character development, and 3D modelling. In my free time I\'m slowly building a cohesive and connected global immersive arts community - through the Bristol Immersive Socials WhatsApp group and the EmpressVR Discord communities. In the past, I have extensive experience as an Area Manager. I have a demonstrated history of working in operations and process improvement, business administration, management, community organizing, social media, and project management. I\'m passionate about culture, sustainability, women in leadership, and creating trauma-informed work spaces. In 2023 I graduated with a Master\'s of Art in Virtual and Extended Realities from the University of the West of England and in 2015, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Austin - The Red McCombs School of Business.
