ABOUT DOMINIQUE SMITH
Dominique has a broad range of experience within the Life Science and Healthcare sector. After completing her MSc in Molecular Medicine, where she was primarily focusing on cancer metabolism at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden, Dominique joined a value-based healthcare consultancy where she was responsible for leading the implementation of innovative solutions within the NHS. Having found a passion for how innovative technologies can be utilized against various problem statements within healthcare, Dominique joined a leading Bayer-backed Pharma digital health start-up, working with the pharma and biotech team, gaining exposure to UK, US and Asian markets. Before recently joining Protagoras, Dominique was working with Dr. Alan Ashworth in San Francisco, where she was leading drug discovery projects within Prostate cancer and Covid-19.
