Spearheading collaboration with agencies in the 2-1-1 database to update their information by e-mail, fax, and phone or online following national AIRS standards- Preparing narrative and visual descriptions utilizing 2-1-1 Style Guidelines that clearly and concisely describe the agency’s services, including target populations, eligibility criteria, areas served, application procedures, languages, hours, fees, and other aspects of service- Building and establishing batch reports or ad hoc reports, tracking and reporting key performance management metrics through legal team collaboration and reports.
