Resume:Responsible for the overall Operations of 29 Ships, over 450 Dining Venues and crew members from over 70 different nationalities, motivating and constantly developing processes to meet and exceed targets in various spheres of the operation from Financials to Guest Satisfaction/NPS. In charge of all Restaurant Operations and Food & Beverage Directors on the Royal Caribbean International fleet.Overview all Private Destinations/front of the House with a dedicated Team assigned to each island. Create Standard Operations Procedures and online Training Program for the fleet of Royal Caribbean International, including the schools around the world and all Private Destinations. Opened in the last two decades, over 15 new builds and 20 Revites.Bio: Dominique was born in the heart of Provence, France.Since early childhood he got a passion for traveling around the world and Food & Beverage!After working in various restaurants in Paris and Star Michelin Restaurant on the “bords de Seine”, he decided for a career on board cruise ships and joined a cruise company (Celebrity Cruises) as waiter assistant in 1990.Career spanning 34 years, Dominique has held various positions during his tenure with the company from Waiter to Assistant Maître D’, Maître D’ to F&B Director and then Traveling Restaurant Manager to Traveling F&B Director. He moved to shore side 12 years ago as Manager of Restaurant Operations for Royal Caribbean International. He is currently hosting the position of Senior Director of Restaurant Operations for Royal Caribbean International.He loves dining, good cinema, traveling and spend some time with his family on the French Riviera.
